EVENT REMINDERS
Check-In & Seating
All guests will check-in and receive their wristband(s) at the front entrance upon arrival.
PLEASE NOTE: There will be limited seating marked "GENERAL SEATING" for guests who did not purchase a reserved table. These seats will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
For those who purchased Reserved Tables, you will be able to select your preferred table upon check-in. You and your guests (8 total) will receive their wristbands by providing the TABLE PURCHASER'S name at Check-In. Please communicate this information to your party.
Join us in fighting against Food Insecurities!
We encourage all guests to this event to bring a non-perishable food item with you to "Brims & Belles". The Brothers of Lambda Kappa Kappa have been collecting can goods internally at our meetings and we'd love for you all to join the fun in helping us cure the ever-present cause of food insecurity in our area!
Event Attire
Traditional Derby style (summer elegant) is in order —think brims, belles, and classic Southern charm!
Catering & Beverages
Event guests will enjoy a delicious spread of sweet & savory hors d'oeuvres served buffet-style. There will be a cash bar for refreshing cocktails with a few special blends for the event.
Garden Patio
This is an indoor/outdoor event. For guests who want to relax in the serene garden or enjoy a cigar and conversation, the patio is available at your leisure.
"Split the Pot" Horse Raffle
Think you can pick the winner? Put your money where your mouth is and purchase a “Split the Pot” ticket for a chance to win! Tickets can be bought at the event for $5 (bring cash) until 5:30pm. Published odds for the horses will be displayed at the venue. The Kentucky Derby race will be start at approximately 5:56 pm.
Half of the pot raised will go toward the LKK Chapter Social Action initiatives and the other half will be split amongst all guests who picked the winning horse!
