It is with pleasure that I, along with the members of the Lambda Kappa Kappa Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., submit this letter of endorsement to recommend Brother Michael R.D. Adams, Esq. as a candidate for the office of Grand Basileus in the upcoming election to be held at the 84th Grand Conclave.

Brother Adams has proven himself to be an invaluable member of our brotherhood as he is solution-driven, and embodies the intellect, experience, trustworthiness, and professionalism that will continue to uphold the vitality of our organization. He has practiced law and served the Baton Rouge community for 37 years. He is well respected and has a vision for the future of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.

We were proud of Brother Adams when he served as our Grand Counselor. He was instrumental in ensuring that our membership selection program was safe and low-risk by negotiating an insurance rider as well as offering individual life insurance policies at no additional cost.

Brother Adams knows what our fraternity needs to move the organization forward. He is a born leader and knows the importance of listening to the concerns of brothers as it takes all of us to make Omega a solid, well-respected organization. We stand behind Brother Adams with his desire to establish a mentoring program for our undergraduate members. Our young brothers need personal development, career training and learn the importance of academic integrity. Under his leadership, they will be encouraged to be leaders on their campuses instead of being known only for “hopping” and “barking”.
